Due to non-human factors, we will provide our free spare parts and technical guidance.

Beyond the warranty period:

We charge for the cost of spare parts but provide technical guidance and other after-sales service for free.

Other considerations: 

1. Chair frame warranty is to ensure that the body of the frame is complete, firmly welded, and not cracked, but the surface is not covered by the warranty.

2. The electric wheelchair should be charged in time after running out of electricity to avoid over-discharge, so as to ensure the battery life.
